She has worked with companies like NIIT, NIS Sparta, SQL Star, EL-Net involved in Profit Centre Management, Business Development, and Channel management. She has been responsible for design and delivery of various programs in Action oriented Leadership, Conflict Management, Performance Management, Customer centric Selling, Train the Trainer and other Management Development Programs.

She is an Executive Coach accredited by Corporate Coach U, Australia, and also a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (CPBA). She has a certificate on Talent Management & Leadership from IIM Bangalore.

As a trainer; she has clocked more than 35000 hours of Behavioural & OD training. She has coached senior professional & program managers to overcome challenges and make a difference for themselves & the organizations

She has credit of training over 3000 people on Performance Management alone.
