Uma has over 25 years of professional experience in Banking services, Manufacturing domain with specialization in Learning and Development, Human Resource management, Finance and Production Management. She worked with Britannia industries and have worked extensively on Organizational structure redesigning to improve operational efficiency, design of Performance Management System, Induction program for Management &Officer Trainees and Lateral inductees, behavioral training programs and implementation of SAP HR in the organization.

Her last assignment was with Royal Bank of Scotland as a Learning Consultant.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma Certification in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Management, MDP Certification from XLRI, TUV Certification for ISO Internal auditing, Certification in SAP HR.

She has experience in designing and delivery of various workshops on Business Communication, Customer Focus, Negotiation skills, Building High Velocity Teams, Performance Management and other Management Development Programs.

As a trainer; she has clocked more than 4500 hours of soft skill training for various Industry segments.
