Educational/Professional Background: Jaya is a twin management degree holder, one from the Institute of Productivity and Management, Lucknow, India and the second one, an Advanced Training in Human Resource from Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft, Germany. This was a 15 months program in Germany and the curricula included many management and human resources subjects.

Jaya has more than 14 years of professional experience in diversified industries such as Financial Services, Automobile, Services Industry, etc. Her profile would include, but is not limited to, Marketing, Human Resources Development, Training & Consulting, cutting across all segments in both Indian and Multinational environments with large multi-locational work force.

Jaya during the fourteen years’ of her professional experience has worked in companies like SRG Infotech India (Ltd.), a Financial Services industry, NIS Sparta Ltd, a listed company and one of the largest training organization in India. She was also associated with Hewitt Associates, a North American HR Consulting Firm for a period of 4years. Her last assignment (since Aug 2004) was as a Principal Consultant Training, with HR Initiatives, New Delhi based company, which was involved in providing total solutions in Training and HR Consulting. She launched Credence Global, an HR Consulting and Training firm in May 2007, to bring world class HR and Training solutions to the clients.
